LaTasha Love – Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Day-to-Day Operations Executive

• Oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and program development
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient services
• Ensures adherence to state and federal healthcare requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Works with the clinical director to oversee behavioral health programs and therapy services
• Collaborates with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations
• Serves as the point of contact for licensing, vendor agreements, and operational decisions

Jamarkis Buchanan – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Oversees financial management, budgeting, and financial sustainability
• Ensures proper Medicare and Medicaid billing processes and insurance reimbursements
• Manages funding strategies, grants, and financial planning for business growth
• Works closely with the COO to allocate budgets for operational expansion
• Oversees compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

Oscar Guevara, LCSW-S – Clinical Director (Bilingual: Spanish & English)

• Serves as the licensed clinical social worker supervisor (LCSW-S) on record for the clinic
• Provides clinical oversight for therapy, case management, and behavioral health services
• Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state licensing requirements
• Establishes treatment protocols, therapy models, and clinical best practices
• Supports clinicians with documentation, case management, and service delivery
• Works with the COO to ensure staffing needs for mental health services are met

Christine Luban – Administrator

• Manages business communications, scheduling, and compliance documentation
• Assists with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and regulatory paperwork
• Provides coordination and operational support to leadership as needed
• Ensures smooth day-to-day administrative functions and patient intake processes

  • Holistic wellness programs focused on stress reduction, mindfulness, and self-care strategies to promote mental well-being
  • Nutrition and health resources providing guidance on healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle adjustments during and after treatment
  • Beauty and confidence restoration resources, including wigs, mastectomy bras, and support for body image challenges

  • Survivor mentorship programs connecting newly diagnosed individuals with breast cancer survivors for peer support and guidance
