Our Mission
At Elevated Services, our mission is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities by providing compassionate, accessible, and comprehensive behavioral health and supportive services. We are committed to helping people achieve mental wellness, stability, independence, and lasting personal growth.
Our services extend beyond traditional therapy. We provide individual and family counseling, psychiatric and medication management services, crisis intervention, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, life-skills development, employment and job-readiness assistance, and community-based support. Through strategic partnerships, we also connect individuals with essential resources such as food assistance, housing resources, benefits, identification assistance, workforce opportunities, and other wraparound services.
We proudly serve individuals and families from all walks of life, with a strong commitment to supporting underserved communities, veterans, individuals impacted by the justice system, people experiencing housing instability, and those working to successfully reintegrate into their communities. We also support individuals and families affected by breast cancer through counseling, support groups, resource navigation, and connections to financial assistance.
At Elevated Services, we believe behavioral health care should address the whole person—not just a diagnosis. By combining clinical care, rehabilitation, community resources, and meaningful support, we help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, strengthen their independence, and create healthier futures.

MegAnne Duke – Clinical Director
Serves as the licensed clinical social worker supervisor (LCSW-S) for the organization
Provides clinical oversight for therapy, case management, and behavioral health services
Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state licensing requirements
Develops treatment protocols, therapy models, and clinical best practices
Supports clinicians with documentation, supervision, and service delivery
Has served as a psychotherapist since October 2020 and works exceptionally well with diverse populations
Brings passion and dedication to every client interaction, truly loving the work she does and the impact it creates
Marques Williams-Bey, LMSW – Program Director
Provides oversight across both Houston locations. He supervises and directs clinical staff, provides therapeutic and case management services, and supports evidence-based interventions that promote client stability and growth. Marques also collaborates with clinical leadership to ensure quality care, continuity of services, and effective community-based behavioral health programming.
Together, our executive and clinical leadership team is committed to providing life-changing behavioral health services, promoting rehabilitation, and empowering individuals to rebuild their lives. Our Passion
At Elevated Services, our passion comes from walking alongside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We are driven by a genuine desire to see individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward, no matter where they are starting from.
Our work is deeply rooted in serving those who are often overlooked — individuals experiencing homelessness, communities facing systemic barriers, and people who have gone without consistent access to care and resources. We believe everyone deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Beyond clinical services, we are passionate about meeting real-life needs. Whether that means connecting someone to food support, helping them navigate community resources, or simply being a consistent presence in their journey, we show up with intention and heart.

Breast Cancer Resources
At Elevated Services, we understand that a breast cancer diagnosis impacts every aspect of life—physically, emotionally, and financially. Our mission is to support, uplift, and empower individuals facing this journey by providing mental health services, community resources, and financial assistance connections.

- Individual and group therapy with licensed therapists to help navigate the emotional challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship
- Breast cancer support groups providing a safe space for survivors and those currently in treatment to share experiences and find strength in the community

- Grant and nonprofit assistance connecting individuals with organizations that provide financial relief for treatment, medications, and daily expenses
- Support with medical and utility bills to help ease the financial burden of ongoing care
- Guidance on workforce and disability support, including employment rights, medical leave, and disability benefits during and after treatment
- Wellness & Self-Care Support
- Holistic wellness programs focused on stress reduction, mindfulness, and self-care strategies to promote mental well-being
- Nutrition and health resources providing guidance on healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle adjustments during and after treatment
- Beauty and confidence restoration resources, including wigs, mastectomy bras, and support for body image challenges
- Community & Advocacy
- Partnerships with local and national breast cancer organizations to expand access to resources and support networks
- Survivor mentorship programs connecting newly diagnosed individuals with breast cancer survivors for peer support and guidance
- Awareness and education initiatives designed to advocate for early detection, treatment options, and community outreach programs
